Description
Titan Self-Support Towers
The Titan tower line is the original self support tower from Trylon. Ideal for
light duty requirements such as wireless broadband, the Titan towers comes in
assembled 8 foot sections and is ready for installation. The Titan Tower Kit
comes with 4' anchor stub legs for concrete, splice hardware and 8' x 1.9" OD
mounting pipe. TESSCO stocks all heights of the TITAN T-200 series and can
special order all other models. Suggested accessories are Safety Rail Systems,
Anti- Climb Shields and a Tower Grounding Kit.
Super Titan Self-Support Towers
The SuperTITAN Self Support Tower Series from Trylon is an exciting addition to
Trylon's Titan tower line. For use in heavier duty applications than the regular
Titan, the SuperTITAN goes up to heights of
190' and meets National Standard ANSI/EIA-222-F. In order to reduce
damage during shipment and lower shipping costs the SuperTITAN self supports are
shipped knocked-down and include a 5' embedment section for burial in a concrete
base (all H or S1000 or greater models include base feet and tie-rods for
anchoring), all necessary 10 ft tower sections, splice hardware and pipe anchor
brackets for antenna mounting pipe (pipe sold separately). Towers are
fully hot-dipped galvanized with A325 grade bolts.
Assembly tools are not included. P.E. Stamped Engineered drawings for the
SuperTITAN Self Support line are also available. Recommended accessories
include a Tower Grounding Kit, a Cable Safety Climb Kit, a Step Bolt Kit and
Anti-Climb Shield Kit.
Super Titan Guyed (STG) Towers
The SuperTITAN Guyed tower line is a extremely robust, one-size fits all tower
from Trylon that meets approved National Standard EIA-222-F. SuperTITAN Guyed
towers can be guyed up to 480 feet, bracketed upto 100 feet or free-standing up
to 70 feet offering numerous solutions for varying tower needs. Each 10 section
is made with round bar side rails and electrically welded continous 1/2" steel
rod S-bracing. Each section is hot-dip galvanized. The external splice spigots
are easy to align and use 5/8" x 6" A325 splice bolts that just drop in, making
installation easier and faster. SuperTITAN Guy Tower kits come with all the
necessary material for proper installation including guy anchor rods, anchor rod
grounding kits, guy wire and hardware and a star base. Recommended accessories
include a Tower Grounding Kit, a Cable Safety Climb Kit and Anti-Climb Shield
Kit.
25T Series Light Duty Towers
Ideal for light duty applications (commercial and amateur), the 25T offers
excellent flexibility for a wide range of applications. It is available as a
free-standing self support tower with heights ranging from 10 ft. to 40 ft. as a
bracketed tower with heights ranging from 40 ft. to 100 ft. and as a guyed tower
with heights ranging from 40 ft. to 190 ft. The 25T is fully interchangeable
with the existing 25 models and each section is hot dipped galvanized to prevent
corrosion and weathering.
