Industry Shattering Amplifier Warranty100% Customer Satisfaction Amplifier GuaranteeIf any RF Linx Antennafier Amplifier fails to perform to the customer's satisfaction we will refund the purchase price of the unit upon request for a period of thirty (30) days from the original invoice date. Some return restrictions apply*. *An online RMA Request Submission is required to process return requests. Satisfaction return protection applies only to standard amplifiers purchased factory direct. Shipping costs are excluded. Product must be returned in like new condition. Expenses for custom or engineering work performed for the customer are considered "all sales final" and are excluded. Once a product is fundamentally altered from its stock configuration it is considered a custom product. Custom or User Specified products are considered "all sales final" and warranty service is the only manner of return authorized. Items that are not regularly stocked or large volume orders are generally non-cancelable and non-returnable. Please check prior to purchase if this is a concern. This return policy cannot be used to create a hot swap condition for previously purchased amplifiers. RF Linx reserves the right to make the final determination on return eligibility. Antennafier Premium and OEM Amplifier WarrantyRF Linx offers a two (2) year limited warranty on all Antennafier Premium Amplifiers and a one (1) year limited warranty for our line of OEM Amplifiers unless otherwise specified. RF Linx will repair or replace any defective unit during the warranty period commencing at the original purchase date. RF Linx reserves the right to provide reconditioned replacement product. RF Linx will repair or replace Antennafier Amplifiers that are damaged by lightning during the warranty period. Units that are damaged by abuse or misuse will void all warranty coverage. Shipping to RF Linx is the responsibility of the customer. Warranty returns will be sent back to the customer using UPS Ground service where applicable. The cost for returns that cannot be sent UPS Ground will be the responsibility of the customer. Customers may opt for a faster return service but will be charged the difference. Returns for service that are not covered under the warranty will be return shipped at the customer's expense. RF Linx retains the right to offer a comparable or re-manufactured product as a replacement for items that cannot be repaired or the right to refund the purchase price of the unit. Please see the Terms & Conditions page for additional information. Cable Assembly WarrantyRF Linx offers a 30 day limited warranty on all cable assemblies sold by RF Linx. RF Linx warrants that all cable assemblies will be free of manufacturer defects for a period of 30 days from the date of purchase. Cables that are found to be defective will be repaired or replaced depending upon the defect at the sole discretion of RF Linx. Cables that are damaged by abuse, improper use or improper installation will void all warranty coverage. Cables & Connectors that are returned and result in "no problem found" or "problem could not be repeated" will be returned to the customer at their expense and will be charged the standard bench test fee of $40.00. Shipping to RF Linx is the responsibility of the customer. Returns will be sent back to the customer using UPS Ground service at our expense. Lightning ArrestorsRF Linx offers a one (1) year limited warranty on all lightning arrestors. RF Linx warrants that all lightning arrestors will be free of manufacturer defects for a period of one (1) years from the date of purchase. Gas discharge type arrestors are a one time use product. Replacement cartridges are the responsibility of the customer or end user. Shipping to RF Linx is the responsibility of the customer.
